HOW DO I CARE FOR MY DRESS?
• Washing: Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. If machine washing, use a delicate cycle inside a laundry bag.
• Drying: Do not wring. Lay flat to air dry in the shade to prevent fabric distortion.
• Ironing: If needed, steam or use a low-heat setting on the reverse side. Fabrics like satin, chiffon, and silk are delicate and can be damaged by excessive heat.
• Storage: Hang on a padded hanger or fold in a garment bag to avoid creases.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
• Return Window: You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
• Condition: The dress must be unused, with no marks, stains, perfume, or makeup, and all tags attached. Worn or damaged items cannot be returned.
• Refunds: Once we inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via your original payment method.
• Exchanges: If you need a different size, you can return your dress and place a new order for the correct size.
